WEB Based Support Center
To help in the processing of customer issues from simple operational questions to enhancement requests to ‘oops’ (problem reports), we have created a WEB based support center. The support center enables users to enter issues into a simple form. Once the form is submitted, Colbi assigns a case number and sends the originator an acknowledgement e-mail.

The advisories provide the latest information important to facilities and project accounting, updates for Account-Ability product and services, and timely assistance in performing the annual accounting functions for facilities projects. Training Colbi Technologies, Inc. offers training classes for its Account-Ability product in the areas of Budgeting and Contract Management. Training is normally held at the district site and can be scheduled by e-mailing
